Therapies I offer
Holistic body and facial massages
Holistic body massage and facials are enjoyable and relaxing treatments with natural organic oils, helping to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Enhancing essence through customised choice of fragrance, strength or gentleness of touch, helping to restore energy flow and glow. Massage works deeply into the soft tissues, stimulating circulation and supporting self-healing forces of the body with the aim to feel rejuvenated and whole again.
Eurythmy therapy
Eurythmy therapy is a conscious movement therapy that engages the whole human being with the aim to activate your own intrinsic powers of healing and enable you to find a way to find harmony and balance.
Eurythmy therapy is designed to meet the needs of the individual to strengthen the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through tailored exercises. These therapeutic exercises which can be practised at home, then become tools to develop focus, confidence and strengthen wellbeing of body, soul and spirit.Healing storytelling
Healing storytelling calls upon the elements to help transformation through spoken images. Stories old and new take us on journeys, they may tap into a process that can help us to overcome obstacles and challenges. The creative images lead us to find the light in the darkness, beauty in the dirt, freedom in entanglement. Through listening we will enter the world of imagination; I will facilitate creation by tapping into the world of stories and create your very own story together with you.
